At Pharaoteens, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

In the same condition that you received them.

In the original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently offer size and product exchanges if stock is available.

If the desired size/item is unavailable, you will receive a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and promotional items are non-refundable.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping of Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning an item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Shipping Policy

At PharaoTeens, we’re committed to delivering your favorite styles quickly and safely anywhere in Egypt!

Delivery Time

• Cairo: Orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of confirmation.

• Other Governorates: Orders are delivered within 14 working days from the date of confirmation.

Working days are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping on all orders  across Cairo and for 100 EGP all other governorate

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days before being handed over to our delivery partners.

Delivery Updates

You’ll receive a notification once your order is dispatched, along with tracking information (if available).

Possible Delays

We always aim to deliver on time! However, please note that delays may occur due to weather, courier schedules, or public holidays.
